Accounts Receivable Specialist
Hourly: $12.00 - $16.00
NY law firm seeks AR specialist : account representative to handle incoming phone calls to take payments over the phone for those who are calling in to make their payment. Payment processing is debit/credit card and ACH drafts. You will be taking payments over the phone as needed and will provide customer service answers to those who are calling in. Payment plan may be arranged as well. Representative will also be required to return phone calls to callers for payment processing. Software used is: Call Center phone software: TCN Payment processing and debt collection Software: Simplicity Collect. Monday to Friday - part time - flexible set schedule between hours of 830am-530pm EST.
