As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Bookkeeper to join our finance team and ensure the financial health of our operations. What You’ll Do: 1. Manage Accounts Receivable Reconcile accounts with buyers/clients to ensure accuracy. Organize and enforce payment terms, deadlines, and follow-ups. Proactively communicate with buyers to secure timely payments. Track and resolve discrepancies to ensure all payments are received. 2. Manage Accounts Payable Reconcile accounts with publishers, vendors, and partners. Process payments to publishers, affiliates, and external partners promptly. Ensure timely payment of internal commissions and salaries. Maintain accurate records of all outgoing transactions. 3. Manage All Bookkeeping Activities Organize and categorize all financial transactions (income, expenses, payroll). Accurately record payments in the register and maintain up-to-date ledgers. Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements). Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. 4. Additional Responsibilities Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes. Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in internet marketing, digital agencies, or related fields. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with precision. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and improving processes.
