Job Description: Wisteria, a leading home décor and furniture brand, is looking for a freelance Inventory Manager with experience in NetSuite to help oversee and optimize our inventory operations. This role involves managing stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth inbound logistics. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, calculate reorder points, and ensure timely restocking. NetSuite Operations: Maintain accurate inventory data within NetSuite, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate reports. Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers to schedule production and deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment. Inbound Logistics: Track incoming shipments, coordinate with warehouses, and resolve any supply chain issues. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in eCommerce or retail. Strong expertise in NetSuite (experience in inventory modules is a must). Ability to analyze stock trends and make data-driven recommendations. Experience working with vendors, production teams, and logistics partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in furniture, home décor, or consumer goods. Background in supply chain management or operations. Previous experience in a remote or freelance capacity managing inventory. Project Details: Engagement: Ongoing, part-time with potential for long-term collaboration. Hours per week: Flexible (likely 10-15 hours to start). Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
