We are seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Specialist to help our team maximize tax benefits through strategic asset classification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, tax regulations, and cost segregation studies. You will be responsible for analyzing property components and identifying opportunities for accelerated depreciation. Strong attention to detail and timely communication are crucial for this role. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, EA, or tax attorney preferred. (Or Licensed Certified Cost Segregation Specialist) • Proven track record of conducting successful cost segregation studies. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost segregation and/or tax consulting. • In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to cost segregation. • Strong knowledge of tax depreciation rules and regulations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy.
