Our real estate division is actively acquiring investment properties, focusing primarily on the Southeast U.S. (North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida), but we remain open to nationwide opportunities that make strategic sense. BBC specializes in foreclosures, tax lien properties, distressed assets, and land development, leveraging market data and direct outreach to identify high-potential real estate investments. Position Overview BBC is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to lead its real estate research team, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and engaging potential sellers. This professional will work directly with lead generators, evaluate property leads, and call and negotiate with property owners to explore acquisition opportunities. This role combines market research, lead prospecting, negotiation, and sales strategy, requiring a licensed real estate professional with strong communication and deal structuring skills. Key Responsibilities Real Estate Research & Market Analysis Analyze and qualify property leads provided by BBC’s lead generation team. Focus on investment properties in NC, TN, GA, FL, while evaluating nationwide opportunities that align with BBC’s strategy. Use MLS, PropStream, Batch Leads, and other tools to assess market value, potential ROI, and investment feasibility. Track market trends, neighborhood appreciation, and distressed property opportunities. Lead Prospecting & Seller Engagement Call and engage with property owners, sellers, and distressed homeowners to assess their willingness to sell. Follow up on qualified leads and convert prospects into acquisition opportunities. Develop effective scripts and outreach strategies for cold calling, warm introductions, and negotiations. Maintain organized records of lead interactions, call outcomes, and conversion metrics using CRM tools. Transaction Coordination & Acquisition Support Assist in structuring purchase offers and negotiation strategies. Conduct due diligence, title research, and property assessment to support acquisitions. Work with attorneys, brokers, and transaction coordinators to ensure seamless deal execution. Ensure all real estate activities comply with state laws and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead the real estate research team, training and guiding lead generators on effective prospecting techniques. Collaborate with BBC’s real estate investment team to identify high-value acquisitions. Work with virtual assistants and analysts to optimize data collection and outreach efforts. Qualifications & Experience Active U.S. Real Estate License (Required). 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, investment, or acquisitions. Strong understanding of MLS, off-market deals, tax lien properties, and distressed assets. Experience in lead prospecting, cold calling, and seller negotiations. Proficiency in CRM tools, real estate data platforms (PropStream, Batch Leads, etc.). Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market data and advise on investment decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate wholesaling, fix & flip, or real estate investment strategies. Background in foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and distressed property acquisitions. Familiarity with creative financing strategies (seller financing, lease options, etc.).
