We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning & Development Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of our training programs by managing live session and post-session tasks efficiently. This role is responsible for handling training session recordings, updating attendance records, and ensuring seamless post-course documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Moodle and Zoom, and has strong time management skills. This role will also be asked to facilitate training sessions in a strictly administrative role (not speaking), which includes screen sharing, PowerPoint slide progression and setting up breakout rooms. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Zoom training sessions. - Download Zoom recordings after live training sessions. - Upload recordings to Dropbox and Moodle for participant access. - Update attendance records in Moodle and Airtable. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all post-session tasks. - Collaborate with the L&D team to support a smooth training delivery process. Requirements - Experience with Moodle is REQUIRED. - Fast, reliable internet is REQUIRED. - Strong time management skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with Zoom, Dropbox, and Airtable (or a willingness to learn). - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Must be available to work East Coast hours. This is a remote, part-time role (30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position if desired. Ideal for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic learning and development team while maintaining a flexible schedule. Position Outcomes: Given the above sounds like a good fit, the rest of the requirements are pretty straightforward: - Respect and work in accordance with EMI’s values: Give, Guide, and Grow. - Respond promptly to all messages on Slack, and Gmail within 24 hours. - Be available 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday. - Respect all given deadlines and finish tasks by their agreed upon completion dates. - Communicate all problems as they arise, ask questions as much as possible and be ready to do what it takes to keep everything running smoothly. Part Time Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
