Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Coordinator to join our team. As the EVV Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to EVV and overseeing the verification process for in-home healthcare services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare operations. This position will require both in-office work as well as fieldwork, including making supervisory visits, setting up senior events, and ensuring that all operational aspects are running smoothly. A valid driver’s license is required as the role involves travel to various locations for these supervisory visits and events. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) process to ensure accurate data collection and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and ensure the correct implementation of EVV systems for home healthcare visits, verifying that caregiver visits are recorded in real time. Assist with training staff and caregivers on the proper use of EVV systems and procedures. Review and validate visit data, ensuring that all visits are correctly documented and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Work closely with billing, scheduling, and operational teams to ensure accurate invoicing and efficient service delivery. Address and resolve issues related to visit verification, ensuring timely and accurate data entry. Generate and analyze reports related to EVV compliance, and assist with audits when necessary. Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure proper scheduling and compliance with service delivery. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for staff and caregivers with EVV system-related issues. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure the EVV system is continuously aligned with industry standards. Completing Supervisory Visits Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Prior experience working with EVV systems or in-home healthcare coordination is a plus. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, specifically those related to EVV and Medicaid. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with EVV software or other healthcare systems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and other departments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
