I am seeking someone who is well versed in finding mission-aligned grant foundations for nonprofits. I own a small company that serves small and startup nonprofits where a lot of our work is grant writing. This means this job is heavily focused on research and grant writing. There will be a two step process. I will provide information about the nonprofit's mission and funding needs in order for the research to be conducted. If we have already identified foundations for this nonprofit, the research will need to include foundations outside of that list. My goal is that the research will produce 10 opportunities per time, and this can be negotiated for a flat fee. The second step is to help with setup of grant "shells." I would provide detailed steps on doing this, but essentially it involves copying and pasting grant application information from the grant portal or website onto a google doc so that we can prepare the application. You can then leverage existing narrative (that I have written) and ChatGPT to align the write answers with the right questions. Again, this process will be taught to you, and we can come up with either an hourly rate or flat fee per number of grants. This part is tricky because some grants are long and some are short.
