We need help migrating content for a website we are building. The old site is an Umbraco 8 site and the new site is an Umbraco 13 site using uSkinned. We are looking for someone with Umbraco experience and we will also provide some training and general guidance. We are looking to hire an individual, not team managers or facilitators who outsource or sub-contract the work. Primarily it involves 2 phases: moving 5 blog posts as a test run for accuracy then moving the remaining blog content from the old CMS system to a new one. The scope would be going through the old pages and posts and downloading any PDFs and images and uploading them to the corresponding pages on the new site. Images would need to be downloaded and converted to webp before uploaded to the new site. Updating links and moving titles/metas as well. There are approximately 94 pages of blog content. The content migration will be a 1 to 1 conversion with minor design tweaks to the page formatting. We will go over general guidelines and training with a 20-30 minute session upon hire. Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
