As we scale, we’re looking for a motivated Cold Caller to generate interest and set meetings with key decision-makers in the insurance space. Role Overview: We’re seeking a Cold Calling Specialist to engage with Underwriting Managers, Innovation Managers, and Business Analysts at leading insurance carriers and MGAs. Your role will focus on outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Call Leads – Reach out to underwriting professionals and insurance decision-makers via phone to introduce a new submission intake automation. Engage & Qualify – Have meaningful conversations to identify prospects’ pain points and qualify their need for AI-driven automation. Overcome Objections – Address common concerns and position our solutuion for reducing manual intake workload and accelerating underwriting. Set Appointments – Book meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. Follow Up – Send follow-up emails and voicemails to nurture leads who express interest. Log & Track Outreach – Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and booked meetings in CRM tools. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Prior cold calling or outbound sales experience (insurance or tech sales is a plus) ✅ Confidence in speaking with senior professionals (Underwriters, PMs, Innovation Managers) ✅ Ability to handle objections & keep conversations engaging ✅ Strong communication skills (phone & email outreach)
