Job Description: We are looking for an organized and proactive Freelance Marketing Assistant to support our diverse marketing activities. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including generating "beginning of day" reports, grading call applications, and assisting with various marketing projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: - Generate and distribute "beginning of day" (BOD) reports summarizing previous day activities to our Slack channel. - Grade call applications based on predefined criteria and provide feedback as necessary. - Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks such as research, content creation, and campaign coordination. - Assist in maintaining organized records of marketing materials, performance metrics, and other relevant data. Requirements: - Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail. - Data entry and good record keeping. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting. - Familiarity with Slack and other collaboration tools. Prior experience in marketing support roles or similar administrative tasks is a plus. Knowledge of health and wellness industry or direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing is beneficial but not required.
