We are a small nonprofit organization looking to revamp how we track and manage our data. While we've relied on Google Sheets, we recently discovered the power of Airtable and are eager to transition our tracking system to make it more efficient and scalable. About the Role: We're seeking a US-based Airtable expert to help us design a customized, long-term data-tracking solution that aligns with our needs and objectives. While our team has a basic understanding of Airtable, we want to leverage it more effectively to streamline our processes. What You’ll Do: -Work closely with our team to understand our data-tracking needs and goals. -Develop an Airtable system that improves our ability to track, organize, and analyze key metrics. -Migrate existing Google Sheets data into Airtable with clean and structured workflows. -Optimize Airtable’s features, including automations, linked records, and reporting capabilities, to enhance our efficiency. -Provide guidance and light training to ensure our team can confidently use the new system.
