Rippling Payroll Expert & HR Coordinator


We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert and HR Coordinator with extensive experience in Rippling to provide support for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of payroll processes, HR best practices, and Rippling's functionalities, including onboarding, offboarding, payment processing, contractor management, compliance, etc. It is also extremely important to have excellent communication and time management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support onboarding and offboarding tasks for both US and international employees and contractors - Manage payroll operations and processing, while ensuring compliance and using discretion at all times - Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed, which may include updating and maintaining employee handbooks, managing employee relations, dealing with employee relations, etc. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users as needed for time tracking, payroll processing, and other issues that may come up - Assist with configuring various apps, features, setup and integration implementation, as well as resolving any issues caused by integrations (ex. Google Workspace, etc.) - Document common issues and create user guides and training materials - Provide general administrative and operational support, which may include a variety of tasks from updating Google Websites to coordinating scheduling, etc. Requirements: - Extensive experience with Rippling HRIS, including time tracking, payroll modules, policies, and integrations - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users - Availability to respond to support requests in a timely manner (preferably US Eastern time) Bonus Qualifications: - Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS platforms is a plus - Experience in sourcing and recruiting talent - Background in general areas of HR and/or payroll administration This is a part-time, sometimes just "as needed", but ongoing role with flexible hours.
