I have a set of densely packed live cell images in .vsi format that require analysis. The images contain microglia cells and I am currently having difficulty using Image J to segregate the cells. I need a professional who can: - Implement an automated algorithm for cell segmentation. - Count the red cells within the images. - Identify and count all red cells that contain green.
