I need a professional who can: - Implement an automated algorithm for cell segmentation. - Count the red cells within the images. - Identify and count all red cells that contain green. The final deliverable should include a method for macro and batch processing, as well as a detailed recording of the steps taken for future reference. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in Image J, experience with automated algorithms for cell segmentation, and a strong background in live cell imaging analysis.
