Are you passionate about youth mental health? Join our California-based mental health awareness nonprofit as we work to elevate student well-being and mental health awareness across schools and communities. We are on a mission to share our cutting-edge, student-focused mental health multimedia resources—free to all—and need an enthusiastic, proactive professional to help us make an impact. About the Role: We’re seeking a Schools and Community Partnerships Manager to drive the outreach and engagement efforts necessary to bring our mental health resources to schools and youth-serving community groups. This part-time role will require availability during U.S. business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST) and involves: Calling and emailing schools and community contacts. Scheduling and conducting virtual presentations. Building and nurturing relationships to maximize our program’s reach. Identifying and engaging students already active in their school’s mental health efforts, with the goal of potentially onboarding them with stipends to support our mission. What We’re Looking For: We need someone who will fully own this project. You should be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with our team. Strong U.S. English speaking and writing skills are essential, as is a commitment to: Familiarizing yourself with our mental health tools to effectively articulate their value. Keeping outreach tracking tools meticulously updated. Providing regular progress updates through team meetings and email. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in school or community outreach, preferably in youth programs or mental health initiatives. If you are located in Northern California and can travel to school sites for in-person engagement, please let us know. If remote, share your creative ideas for engaging schools and communities virtually. Technical Requirements: Access to stable, modern technology. Ability to make phone calls and manage follow-ups efficiently. Regular reporting on outreach efforts through multiple communication channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a meaningful project that aims to improve the mental health of students and empower communities. If you have effective outreach strategies and a passion for youth mental health, we’d love to hear from you. Bring your expertise and help us champion youth mental health awareness in schools and beyond. Apply now and be part of an initiative that changes lives.
