We’re looking for a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer who doesn’t just think strategically — you roll up your sleeves, own execution, and deliver results. We’ve worked with many marketers who bring great ideas. We’re now looking for someone who can implement, track, and optimize. If you’re a hands-on marketing leader who thrives on accountability and can move the needle quickly, we want to work with you. What You’ll Do: Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on lead generation and conversion Manage paid ad campaigns (Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) from setup to optimization Have experience with and manage a direct-mail campaign targeting accredited investors Build and improve landing pages, funnels, and automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot) Write or oversee FINRA-compliant messaging for ads, emails, and video scripts Run A/B tests and continuously optimize creatives, copy, and conversion paths Set clear KPIs, report on performance, and adjust based on data Coordinate freelancers or vendors where needed — but you’re still the one getting it done What You Won’t Do: Just create slide decks and marketing theory Leave us with a list of "ideas" for us to implement Disappear when it’s time to execute
