Job Description: Cyrano Brands is a private-label platform that enables influencers to launch and scale their own product lines. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to build a custom Salesforce CRM tailored to our brand and client management needs. You will be working directly with our leadership team and provided with flow charts, detailed process maps, and examples of systems we like. We are looking for someone who can take these assets and translate them into a functional, scalable, and cleanly designed Salesforce system. Responsibilities: Build and customize a Salesforce CRM based on the provided flow charts and examples. Implement workflows for customer account creation and retention strategies, lead management, opportunities, and all elements of the sales pipeline. Set up automated communications for account creation, purchase confirmation, cart abandonment, and email marketing. Set up a system for inventory and sales tracking. Implement reporting dashboards for internal visibility across sales, client engagement, and product fulfillment. Ensure the system is scalable and easy for non-technical team members to use. Provide documentation and basic training resources for internal use. Integrate website and CRM with shipping and inventory tracking platforms. Set up and test connectivity of multiple payment processing methods, including Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal, and Spot On credit card processing. Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud experience preferred). Strong skills in customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, and reporting. Ability to translate flow charts and abstract ideas into structured systems. Clean, organized build style and documentation practices. Ability to work independently with limited direction but frequent check-ins. Strong English communication skills. Project Scope: Initial system build (1 month estimated). Potential for ongoing support and iteration as Cyrano Brands grows.
