We are seeking a driven and disciplined Sales Setter to support our sales pipeline by engaging inbound leads and setting qualified discovery calls. Position Summary: The Sales Setter is responsible for engaging new leads, qualifying them through direct outreach, and booking discovery calls with our sales team. This is a performance-based, commission-only role that requires persistence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: • Reach out to new and existing leads via phone, text, and email to initiate contact and build rapport. • Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and schedule discovery calls with our sales team. • Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM. • Follow up diligently with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked a call. • Ensure a high show-up rate for scheduled calls through reminder outreach and follow-through. • Meet or exceed weekly goals for qualified leads and booked calls that convert to closed sales. Qualifications: • Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or inside sales (experience in a coaching, consulting, or high-ticket service environment is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Comfortable working in a commission-only role, with a strong focus on results. • Proficient in CRM systems and sales follow-up tools. • Organized, reliable, and consistent in follow-up and reporting. Compensation: Compensation is paid based on a base and converted sales resulting from discovery calls you book. Earnings potential is uncapped, and performance is directly tied to closed business from qualified leads you set. Additional Information: • This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) role. • Flexible hours, but availability during U.S. business hours is preferred. • Training, call scripts, CRM access, and support are provided.
