We are seeking a freelancer or virtual assistant to assist in generating email contacts for key companies within the oil and gas industry. This project will involve collecting contact information for decision-makers, project coordinators, procurement specialists, and key personnel from the following categories of companies: Top EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Companies): • Bechtel • Fluor • Kiewit • Zachry Group • McDermott • Technip Energies • CB&I • Worley • Jacobs • Burns & McDonnell Owner/Operators: • Air Products • Venture Global LNG • Sempra Infrastructure • NextDecade • ExxonMobil • Cheniere Energy • Tellurian • Shell • Chevron • BP Fabricators & Process OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers): • Chart Industries • Linde • BHGE • Baker Hughes • Siemens Energy GCs / Construction Firms: • S&B Engineers and Constructors • Primoris • Cajun Industries • Saulsbury Industries • MMR Group Responsibilities: • Research and generate email contacts for key personnel at each company listed above. • Ensure that all contact information is up-to-date and valid, targeting the relevant departments such as procurement, engineering, project management, and senior decision-makers. • Provide the contact information in an organized format (such as a Google Sheet or Excel file). • Maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly. Requirements: • Proven experience in lead generation or research, preferably in the oil and gas industry. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to gather accurate contact information. • Ability to use LinkedIn, company websites, and other research tools to gather emails. • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and ability to organize data effectively. • Familiarity with email verification tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with oil and gas sector companies. • Previous success in email list generation or similar projects. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
