Cliffside Management & Construction makes hardscaping projects—like patios and driveways—affordable for homeowners through fast, low-rate financing, while helping contractors grow their businesses with upfront payments and sales tools. We’re launching in May 2025 and need driven sales reps to build our contractor network and beat the competition. Job Overview As a Contractor Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of us, reaching out to hardscaping contractors to join our financing program. Your mission is to pitch our unique value—getting paid upfront within 48 hours, boosting sales with no-risk financing—and onboard as many as possible contractors per month. You’ll work remotely, making calls, following up, and collaborating with our team to hit growth targets. Responsibilities Cold Calling: Contact hardscaping contractors daily (via phone lists from Google, Yelp, or trade groups) to introduce our financing solution. Pitching Benefits: Explain how we pay contractors upfront (full project cost in 48 hours), provide sales tools (flyers, pitch guides), and charge a low fee %, (possibly waived initially)—all with zero risk. Lead Follow-Up: Email or call back interested contractors within 24 hours, answering questions and guiding them to sign up via our website form. Onboarding Support: Ensure contractors submit required info (business name, license, portfolio) and pass vetting; coordinate with our ops team for approvals. Tracking: Log calls and sign-ups in a CRM to report weekly progress (e.g., 100 calls = 5 sign-ups). Feedback: Share contractor objections or insights with the founder to refine our pitch. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years in sales, cold calling, or customer outreach (e.g., telemarketing, B2B sales)—hardscaping or construction knowledge is a bonus but not required. Skills: Clear phone communication, persuasive pitch delivery, basic CRM use (we’ll train you on HubSpot if needed). Traits: Self-motivated, friendly, persistent—comfortable with rejection and hitting daily call goals. Tech: Reliable phone/internet, quiet workspace, basic computer skills (email, Google Sheets). Availability: s10–15 hours/week, flexible scheduling (e.g., 2–3 hours/day), with a kickoff training call in May 2025. Why Join Us? Impact: Build a new business from the ground up—your sign-ups drive our success. Flexibility: Work remotely on your schedule, perfect for part-timers or side hustlers. Growth: Potential to scale hours or transition to full-time as we expand (50–75 contractors by August 2025). Perks: $50 bonus per contractor after their first financed job (on top of hourly pay).
