Our current focus is on nursing and medical students, with plans to expand into therapy licensure, graduate programs, and pre-law students. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base through lead generation, marketing outreach, and driving sales to our websites. Fixed pay, monthly plus 15% of All Sales , with opportunities to increase commissions based on performance. Responsibilities: Identify, target, and generate new leads within the nursing, medical, therapist, graduate, and pre-law student markets. Main focus on Nursing market at this time. Utilize creative marketing strategies including social media, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking to drive traffic and sales. Develop partnerships with schools, student organizations, tutoring centers, and relevant educational platforms. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up to close sales. Provide feedback on marketing trends and client needs to help shape Exam Breeze’s future offerings Qualifications: Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (experience in education or exam preparation sales is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet sales targets Self-motivated with a passion for helping students achieve success Comfortable and understand working on a commission basis. Contract can be ended at anytime if underperforming sales targets. Compensation: Fixed monthly pluse 15% commission on all sales generated Potential commission increase based on performance and milestones Recurring commissions available for for all future purchases made by clients.
