We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Specialist with expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Salesloft. Able to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and enhance operational efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex data systems, streamlining workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This position will work in a team of 4 that are responsible for the following tasks and is expected to require ~10 hours of capacity a week but may vary based on weekly projects. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration and Process Optimization ● Manage day-to-day Salesforce requests and system troubleshooting: ● Manage integrations with other GTM tools, including ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, Chorus, and Salesloft ● Address errors in opportunity stages, qualifying leads processing. ● Merge duplicate accounts and ensure accurate data hierarchy for brokers and channel partners. ● Facilitate opportunity reassignment and optimize account structures. ● Map, document, and improve current lead and opportunity workflows across teams. ● Refine territory logic to automate assignment processes. ● Identify inefficiencies in the prospect lifecycle (e.g., creating new leads vs. contacts) and design improved workflows. ● Recommend and implement Salesforce automations to enhance operational efficiency. ● Develop standardized playbooks, living documents, and best practices for key processes. Marketo Support ● Collaborate with marketing teams to report on the data insights to optimize email campaigns. ● Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and Marketo for lead and campaign tracking. ● Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization. ● Provide support for A/B testing and segmentation to improve engagement and conversion rates. Training and Enablement ● Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver sessions on Salesforce and integrations ● Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for team members to improve system adoption and utilization. ● Create and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, troubleshooting guides, and operational playbooks. ● Provide ongoing support and serve as a resource for end-users across tools and processes. Data Reporting and Insights (Metabase and Salesforce) - preferred not required ● Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Metabase to monitor key metrics. ● Analyze sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue trends, providing actionable insights for leadership. ● Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to improve data integrity across systems. ● Develop and refine sales forecasting models using Salesforce data and SQL queries. ● Leverage Metabase to create advanced visualizations and insights for cross-functional teams. SQL and Data Analysis (preferred) ● Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases. ● Integrate data from Salesforce, Marketo, and other tools into unified datasets for deeper analysis. ● Support advanced data modeling efforts to uncover trends and opportunities for growth. Qualifications: ● Strong experience with Salesforce administration and optimization, including custom workflows and reporting. ● Experience using Metabase or similar BI tools to create visualizations and insights. ● Proven track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements. ● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● This role is ideal for a professional who excels at balancing strategic process improvement with hands-on technical expertise.
