Job Description: We are looking for a remote assistant to support a telemarketing and email outreach campaign to Community-Based Churches and Community Centers in the Seattle area. The goal is to introduce our Free AI ChatGPT Community Sessions and encourage participation. Responsibilities: Call 200 or fewer organizations to confirm the correct recipient for email outreach. The goal is to get their organization to sign up for the sessions. Send emails offering free AI ChatGPT training sessions and confirm receipt Log call results and notes in a Google Contact Notes form. Provide a daily call notes, per call, throughout the day to the Google form Ideal Candidate: Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Experience in telemarketing, outreach, or sales. Familiarity with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Experience working with community organizations and churches is a plus. Project Scope: This is a short-term project (~1-3 weeks). Calls should be made during business hours 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Tuesdays through Friday in Seattle (PST). Estimated 10-20 hours of work, depending on efficiency.
