Job Description: We are a small, vertically integrated solar installation company that handles everything in-house—from marketing and sales to installation and service. We have a small sales team (3 reps) and need a better sales funnel and CRM system to streamline our inbound leads, automate follow-ups, and track communication effectively. We're looking for an expert to implement a CRM and phone system that: Automates lead assignment to our 3 sales reps. Tracks and records calls, texts, and emails within the CRM. Automates follow-up sequences via email and SMS. Integrates with Calendly for appointment scheduling. Syncs with Google Calendar for reminders and to-do tasks. Gives admin full visibility while reps only see their assigned leads. Project Scope & Deliverables: CRM Setup & Customization Implement a sales CRM (Go HighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). Set up automated lead distribution to sales reps. Ensure pipeline tracking, dashboard reporting, and task automation. Phone & SMS System Integration Set up a VoIP phone system that logs and records calls & texts within the CRM. Ensure reps can call and text directly from the CRM. Set up auto-texting for follow-ups based on lead stage. Sales Funnel & Automation Create automated follow-up sequences (email/SMS) to engage leads. Implement reminder/task automation for reps to follow up. Integrate with Google Calendar and Calendly for scheduling and reminders. Training & Documentation Train sales reps and admin on how to use the system. Provide clear documentation or video tutorials. Offer limited post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption. Requirements: Experience implementing CRM & sales funnels for small businesses. Strong understanding of sales automation, call tracking, and CRM integrations. Ability to set up user roles (admin vs. sales reps). Familiarity with Go HighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs. Experience integrating Calendly and Google Calendar for appointment scheduling.
