What You’ll Be Selling: -Custom Interior & Exterior Doors – Statement pivot doors, barn doors, and front entry doors -Luxury Kitchen Range Hoods – Bespoke metalwork for high-end kitchen designs -Architectural Staircases & Railings – Precision-crafted stair systems for designers and architects -Bespoke Dining Tables – Custom designs for homeowners, fine dining restaurants, and designers -Executive Conference Tables – High-end furniture for corporate spaces, law firms, and executive -offices -Custom Fabricated Wood & Metal Designs – Unique statement pieces that enhance luxury spaces What You’ll Be Doing: -Developing and refining our business strategy to increase sales and market penetration -Using my LinkedIn (4,000+ connections) to engage with interior designers, architects, and developers -Leveraging our 65,000+ Instagram followers to build credibility and spark inbound leads Executing targeted outreach via email and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads -Closing high-ticket deals with an average sale of $18,000+ per piece, with large projects exceeding $100,000+ -Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry professionals to create repeat business opportunities Compensation – Performance-Driven Earnings Base Rate: $20/hr to start 10% commission per sale (average deal size of $18,200+) Realistic earnings: $1,500 – $3,000+ per closed deal No cap on commission – your success determines your income Who I’m Looking For: -Strategic thinker with a strong sales background -Confident, persuasive communicator with a track record of closing high-ticket deals -Highly motivated and proactive in developing sales strategies -Experience in sales, lead generation, or luxury markets is a major advantage -Understands high-end clientele and how to market to affluent buyers This is not a passive sales job.
