Sales Strategy & Process Development - Help build a structured, scalable sales process that aligns with our business model. - Optimize and refine our CRM system, tracking sales performance and pipeline growth. - Identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and lead-generation strategies. Client Relationship Management & Retention - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and clients. - Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support. - Monitor and track customer feedback, renewals, and upsell opportunities. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to account management.
