Key Skills & Qualifications -Experience: 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation. -Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with decision-makers. -Sales Mindset: Persuasive and confident in handling objections. -Organization: Ability to track outreach efforts and manage follow-ups effectively. -Self-Motivation: Able to work independently and consistently generate leads. -Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales is a plus.
