Job Description: We are a dynamic real estate investment company looking for an experienced Wholesaling & Dispositions Specialist to join our team. This is a high-impact, commission-based role where you’ll manage the wholesaling process and disposition of properties, turning hot leads into profitable deals. We generate 20+ hot leads per month, and we need someone with the skills and hustle to close them. Key Responsibilities: Wholesaling: Manage the full wholesaling process, including evaluating leads, negotiating with sellers, and securing properties under contract. Compensation: Commission-Based: Earn 15% commission on every deal closed. Deal Value: Average deal profit is $15,000, meaning $2,250 per deal in commissions.
