We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare facilities and staff, and developing marketing strategies to drive growth. Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, staff, and decision-makers Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients Negotiate and close deals with new clients Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness Create and distribute marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and case studies Requirements: 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in a startup environment Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Ambitious and proactive personality with a "go-getter" mentality Experience with cold calling and building relationships with potential clients Knowledge of healthcare facilities and healthcare staff is a significant plus Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare facilities and healthcare staff Experience with content creation, including writing, video production, and graphic design
