SDR (Sales Development Representative) Description: We seek an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your role will focus on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn and emailing using Apollo.io. Experience serving the construction industry is a major plus! - Project Managers, Safety Leaders, Superintendents, Foreman, IT Leadership. Requirements: - 1–3+ years of experience in a similar SDR or BDR role. - Proficiency with Apollo.io is mandatory. - Experience with Objection Handling in a cold call environment. - Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Must be based in the Western US Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients using Apollo.io. - Qualify leads and schedule demo meetings for the sales team. - Accurately update and maintain all records in Apollo.io. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Number of calls and emails sent daily/weekly. - Number of demo meetings successfully scheduled.
