B2B Cold Outreach Specialist Job Overview We're seeking a results-driven Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive new business opportunities through proactive prospecting. In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients via phone calls and direct messages across various platforms to introduce our B2B solutions and set qualified appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do Conduct high-volume cold calling and direct messaging to potential B2B clients Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with business prospects Follow structured outreach sequences across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) Track all communication in our CRM system Qualify prospects based on established criteria Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects for our sales team Requirements Proven experience in cold calling, cold outreach, or B2B sales (1+ years preferred) Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport Resilient attitude and comfort with handling objections and rejection Strong writing skills for crafting compelling direct messages Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms for business prospecting Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Ability to understand basic business needs and pain points Goal-oriented mindset with focus on measurable results What Sets Successful Candidates Apart Previous experience in B2B sales environments Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outreach targets Understanding of sales psychology and persuasion techniques Ability to quickly research and personalize outreach to different industries Experience with cold outreach automation tools Knowledge of our industry (will be trained, but prior knowledge is a plus) Compensation Hourly rate position with commission component on closed deals Opportunity to increase earnings based on performance Application Process To apply, please submit your resume and we'll contact qualified candidates for an interview to find the right fit for our team.
