We are Numerik, a rapidly growing SaaS company, currently developing a Revenue Lens tool that assists manufacturer sales reps in generating more revenue through trade distribution channels. We are seeking a specialist to help build our automated lead generation and outreach system, capable of engaging 1,000 qualified leads per month in the U.S. market. This project is exciting because it provides the opportunity to build something that will have a real impact on the company’s growth and revenue. You will work with cutting-edge tools such as Clay.com, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted personalization. Additionally, there is an ongoing commission opportunity to earn commissions from leads that convert through your system. The project also offers high visibility, as you will work directly with leadership on a core growth initiative. We have already designed the workflow blueprint, and now we need someone to implement it. The system will need to: - Identify and enrich leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources using Clay.com - Generate personalized messages for outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms, leveraging AI - Output to Google Sheets or a similar platform for stakeholder review and approval - Execute multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, and Handwrytten cards - Track performance by monitoring outreach metrics and sign-up conversions on a single real-time dashboard for weekly meetings ***The technical requirements for this project include strong experience with: - Clay.com for lead enrichment and workflow automation, with extra consideration given to those who can develop with custom APIs - Basic HubSpot functionality for contact management, sequences, and tracking - LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation best practices - LinkedIn automation tools like HeyReach or LaGrowth Machine - Integration tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripts - AI personalization for message generation, particularly using OpenAI APIs - Google Sheets integration for review and approval processes - Handwrytten API or direct mail automation (bonus) ***Deliverables for this project include: - A fully functioning automated system that connects Clay, Google Sheets, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Handwrytten - An ICP scoring and lead filtering system to prioritize high-value prospects - AI-assisted message templates with personalization for each outreach step - A dashboard for tracking performance metrics (open rates, replies, conversions) - Documentation and training for our team to operate the system - Ongoing support and optimization (separate retainer available) The expected timeline for completion is 4-6 weeks, and the budget is between $3,000-$6,000, with flexibility to pay a premium for excellence.
