About Us: We are a growing wholesale real estate company based in Houston, TX focused on securing deeply discounted properties and selling them to investors. We are scaling fast and aim to reach 7 figures within the next year. We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Disposition Manager to take over the sale of our properties, build strong relationships with investors, and move our inventory quickly for maximum profit. Key Responsibilities: Sell Wholesale Properties: Market and sell properties secured by our Acquisitions team to investors, rehabbers, and landlords. Build Investor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, private buyers, and other wholesale partners. Property Marketing: Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers (email campaigns, MLS, property listings, etc.). Negotiate Deals: Work directly with buyers to negotiate prices and terms, ensuring deals close smoothly and profitably. Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing: Continuously follow up with interested buyers, providing them with updates, new properties, and potential opportunities. Transaction Coordination: Collaborate with legal teams, title companies, and closing agents to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and on time. Market Research: Stay updated on the real estate market trends in Puerto Rico to price properties competitively and understand buyer demand. CRM Management: Track all leads, negotiations, and sales in our CRM system to keep things organized and efficient. Qualifications & Skills: Resimpli Experience Experience: 2+ years in real estate dispositions, sales, or wholesaling. Experience in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and managing buyer relationships. (Qualifications are preferred)
