Job Description: We need a personable cold caller to contact existing vacant land owners in the state of Virginia. The target seller is typically an older land owner that may not receive a foreign accent very well. The caller will need to possess a pleasant attitude on the phone and be able to document some basic information about the park and setup a phone call or establish if the owner is open to selling within a predetermined range. Appointment Setter Objectives: Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you. Accepting calls from prospective Sellers as they arise. Scheduling a consultation between us and the owner Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered. Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact. Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing. Appointment Setter Requirements: Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous. Computer literate. Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette. Professional and courteous disposition. Persuasive and results-oriented. Available to work evenings and afternoons.
