Overview We're looking for an energetic, self-starting individual to join our team as an Event Booking Agent. Our business creates unforgettable celebrations—weddings, parties, and more—featuring standout services like DJs and photo booths. In this role, you'll speak with potential clients, understand their event dreams, and convert warm leads into confirmed contracts. Every contract typically ranges from $400 to $3000, and you'll enjoy a 10% commission bonus (via Upwork) on top of your hourly pay for every booking you secure. Your Role • Make daily calls and contacts to +/- 20 warm leads per week during Eastern/New York hours. • Anticipated time investment isn't expected to exceed 5 hours / week • Log in to our system to review and update lead information with a reliable, fast internet connection. • Use a high-quality microphone for crystal-clear conversations. • Build authentic connections with potential clients while uncovering their event needs. • Present our Wedding DJ services with enthusiasm and clarity. • Seal the deal on bookings and contribute to our growing success. • Familiarize yourself with our company values, policies, and procedures. What We Need • Fluent or native-level United States English speaker with a clear accent. • Sales experience, preferably in the wedding or events space. • Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport. • Comfort with remote work, supported by a fast, reliable internet connection and a quality microphone. • Impeccable organization and a keen eye for detail. • A self-motivated mindset that thrives on independent work. • Flexibility in adapting to diverse client needs. • Success in our interview process.
