We’re seeking a highly creative and skilled freelance menswear fashion designer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in men’s streetwear, This is a freelance, NYC-based role with flexibility for remote collaboration and in-person meetings as needed. Responsibilities: • Design and develop men’s streetwear collections, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, and accessories. • Create detailed technical flats, CADs, mood boards, and tech packs for development. • Collaborate with production teams, patternmakers, and sample makers to bring designs from concept to final product. • Source materials, trims, and fabrics aligned with brand identity and seasonal direction. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in menswear design, with a strong focus on streetwear. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM software. • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, washes, and finishes. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passion for street culture, fashion innovation, and youth-driven design. Location: NYC-based preferred. Hybrid collaboration possible.
