We are seeking a Part Time (5-10 hours/week) U.S.-based Operations & Logistics Lead to act as a vital link between our Korean manufacturing partner, our third-party logistics provider (3PL), and our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain management, experience in cross-border operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with international partners. This role is crucial for optimizing our logistics processes and ensuring timely deliveries. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for operations, we would love to hear from you! What You’ll Do You’ll lead and manage the movement of goods from our manufacturer in Korea to our fulfillment center in the U.S., and ensure smooth downstream distribution to Amazon and other partners. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary operations liaison between Proxihealthcare (Korea) and Great Gums Draft and manage POs based on inventory needs and planning Oversee international shipments, including export from Korea and import into the U.S. Handle all customs clearance, tariff classification, and freight coordination Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations and avoid delays or penalties Manage inbound shipments to our 3PL, ensuring inventory is received and reconciled properly Coordinate 3PL-to-Amazon shipments, including FBA preparation, labeling, and scheduling Monitor timelines and troubleshoot logistics issues proactively Requirements Deep expertise in customs, import/export regulations, and tariff classification 3–5+ years in logistics, operations, or supply chain management (CPG, health/beauty preferred) Experience with freight forwarding, customs brokers, and international shipping documents Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and 3PL coordination Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage vendors across multiple time zones Strong written and verbal communication; experience working with Korean vendors is a plus Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment Conversational Korean preferred, but not required This Role is Perfect for Someone Who: Has a strong logistics and customs background, but wants flexible part-time work Enjoys being the go-to expert and keeping things running behind the scenes Can anticipate problems before they occur and prevent costly delays Thrives in an early-stage environment
