Zapier Automation for Order Fulfillment Notifications

Job Listing: Zapier Automation Specialist We are seeking a skilled Zapier expert to create two automated workflows (Zaps) that will notify our Customer Service teams when an order remains unfulfilled for more than 5 days. This process is essential for improving our response times and overall customer satisfaction. Project Scope: Zap 1: Check for unfulfilled orders older than 5 days and send a notification email to the appropriate team for one brand. Zap 2: Do the same for a second brand, with emails routed to a different inbox. Ideally, the time window (currently set to 5 days) should be adjustable, so we can modify it in the future without redoing the entire automation. Requirements: +Proven experience creating Zaps in Zapier +Understanding of eCommerce workflows (especially order management) +Ability to build user-friendly, editable automation +Clear communication and documentation +Please include examples of relevant Zapier automations you've created in the past.
