Binder's Stash Whiskey Binder's Stash Whiskey is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to manage our growing online presence, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and help grow the business. As the main point of communication between our warehouse and customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: -Act as the primary liaison between the warehouse and customers, ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment. -Manage product setup and updates in Shopify, including posting and overseeing limited product releases. -Oversee and support our subscription service for ~130 subscribers, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues. -Handle order management, including sending draft orders, processing cancellations and refunds, and generating new orders as needed. -Provide top-tier customer support, responding promptly to inquiries via email and other communication channels. -Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and communicate product availability. -Track, escalate, and review packaging issues with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality and timely resolutions. -Work with data in Excel, tracking customer insights, subscription trends, and inventory management. -Assist in the execution of product launches, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. -Proactively seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: Experience with Shopify, including product setup, order management, and subscription-based e-commerce platforms. Comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring a great customer experience. Proactive mindset with a desire to contribute ideas and help grow the business. Ability to work 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility during product launches or peak periods. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
