Customer Service Representative for eCommerce brand – Long-Term Opportunity We are a growing eCommerce company in the cannabis industry seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service representative to manage customer support emails and live chat inquiries. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about cannabis products and comfortable assisting customers in finding the right options based on their needs. This is a part-time position (1-2 hours per day initially) will grow into more hours and long-term role for the right person. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and live chat inquiries. Assist customers with order issues, product questions, and general support. Provide thoughtful product recommendations based on customer preferences and inquiries. Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve order-related issues such as shipping delays, missing items, or damaged products. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, friendly, and knowledgeable communication. Document common issues and escalate when necessary. Shopify experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Live chat and email support experience preferred. Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills preferred. Must have knowledge of cannabis products preferred. Discord experience preferred.
