3PL Partner / Fulfillment Specialist – Eco-Friendly Bamboo Toilet Paper Brand About Us We are an eco-friendly bamboo toilet paper brand committed to sustainability and high-quality products. As we expand our e-commerce presence, we are looking for a reliable 3PL Partner or Fulfillment Specialist to manage order fulfillment, inventory storage, and last-mile delivery for our customers across multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer orders). Role Overview We seek a logistics and fulfillment expert to efficiently store, pick, pack, and ship our products to customers. The ideal partner will have experience handling high-volume consumer goods, integration with e-commerce platforms, and the ability to scale operations as demand grows. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Store and manage product inventory in a secure warehouse. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders from Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer channels. Shipping Coordination: Ensure fast and cost-effective shipping with carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Returns & Customer Support: Handle returns and exchanges efficiently. Technology Integration: Sync fulfillment systems with Shopify, Amazon FBA, and Walmart Marketplace for seamless order processing. Bulk Shipments: Coordinate large-scale shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers and retail distributors. Requirements: Proven experience as a 3PL provider, fulfillment center, or logistics specialist. Ability to integrate with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.). Access to warehousing, storage, and packing facilities. Strong shipping partnerships with major carriers. Experience handling eco-friendly/sustainable products is a plus. Ability to scale operations as the business grows.
