We are looking for a Project / Account Manager to oversee website projects from start to finish while managing client relationships and collaborating with an overseas development team. This role requires strong project execution skills, clear communication across time zones, and the ability to ensure client satisfaction while identifying new opportunities. Responsibilities: -Manage website design & development projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. -Act as the main client contact, handling communication, expectations, and feedback. -Coordinate with overseas designers and developers, ensuring smooth collaboration. -Identify upsell opportunities for additional services. -Use project management tools to track progress. -Make processes, communication, and requests clear and manageable for clients to avoid overwhelming them. -Conduct check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in website project management and client account management. -Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and eCommerce workflows. -Experience working with remote or overseas teams, ensuring smooth execution across time zones. -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
