We will create any as built drawings along with photo documentation. I will provide you with a Chief Architect as built file. We use Chief Architect X16. Please see the questions that are attached below. -Do you do a lot of kitchen and bath designs? -Can you attach the material selections in the new design? -We include selections, approval drawings, and construction drawings, is this something you can do? -I will want: two design variations, creative use of the space, well thought out design. -Code compliance; it is important that you understand building codes and enforcement. Do you? -Proper space planning, want a workable design, not an artist’s conception that still needs engineering to make sure everything fits. Can you accomplish this? -Mid point design review with us for the first iteration so we can make sure direction is correct before you get too deep into the weeds. -What is your pricing structure? Do you charge by the hour or charge by the job? -We need someone who can start work on the project with a maximum of a two week notice, is this feasible for you? -We are looking for someone to do this for us full time, are you able to accommodate that?
