First Draft of Floor Plans and Exterior Elevations Needed by April 11 (ASAP) MODIFY EXISTING PLANS (CAD Files from Revit) - FOR NEW 2-STORY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING W/GARAGE. (APPROX. 3876 SF UNDER ROOF) (APPROX. 2400 LIVING, 1476 GARAGE/PORCHES) • Use existing plans created in Revit. CAD.dwg files are available for use. • Site Plan • Floor Plans • Dimensioned Floor Plans • Reference Electrical Plans • Reference Foundation Stub-Out Plan • Roof Plan • Exterior Elevations • 3-D Interior and Exterior Renderings • Revise Window & Door Schedules Change the 1st floor game/pool room to a bedroom by adding a closet and removing the double doors and barn doors. The other changes on the 1st floor are to shift the kitchen stove wall 1 foot to the left and the game-living room wall 1 foot to the right or enough that the wall lines up with the front of the countertop of the repositioned kitchen stove wall. Also shift the stairs over 1 foot to the left to gain a little more room in the powder bath. Eliminate upstairs bedrooms and J/J bathroom. The living and dining areas would then have a cathedral ceiling. Possibly extending to the front and back porch areas. Using the existing stairs, we would put a flex space room over the right side of the house. This will serve as our office space. We might put a closet and full bath and make an optional bedroom, but it will all be above the right side of the house. The overall 2nd floor room would be approximately 14’x20’. Maximum HVAC Living Area: 2,400SF
