Landscape Architectural renderings/cad

I need photo-realistic renderings and/or a SketchUp model file of two separate projects. The illustrations will be based on AutoCad 2D files and photos of the work area. I expect there will be a fair amount of back and forth via zoom to fine-tune the design and visualization. The first job is a simple expansion of a deck. The primary need of the graphic is to show the intersection of the new deck, existing concrete wall and the existing stone stairs. The second job is more complex. We need somewhat realistic images of the terrace area from multiple viewpoints. It would be helpful to have this in a sketchup model format so I can walk through the plan with the client but I am open to other software. You probably need to start this from scratch using the autocad file because this existing sketchup file is based on an earlier version of the plan . We would need to add plant material and materials to this and we will do a second alternative with a simplified layout. This will be billed on an hourly basis based on some general estimate of how much time you think you need.
