Job Description: We are developing a business plan for a micro resort and are looking for a talented 3D artist or studio to help us bring our vision to life through realistic renderings and a short video walkthrough. These visuals will be used to attract investors and communicate the unique feel and design of the resort. Scope of Work: Create high-quality 3D renderings (interior & exterior) of various resort areas Produce a 1–2 minute animated video walkthrough highlighting key elements of the resort Collaborate with us on look & feel: tropical, modern, wellness-inspired design Ability to work from mood boards, sketches, or simple floorplans Include landscaping, lighting, textures, and atmosphere to convey the full guest experience What We Provide: Concept notes & mood boards Inspirational images & materials Sketches/floorplan concepts (if available) Branding direction (color palette, design mood, target audience) Ideal Candidate: Experience with hospitality, resorts, or boutique accommodations Strong portfolio of photorealistic renders and video walkthroughs Proficient in tools like SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar Great communicator and open to creative collaboration Can work on a tight timeline (please indicate availability) Deliverables: 4–6 static renders (high-resolution) 1–2 minute video walkthrough (MP4 or similar) Project files (optional/final format TBD) To Apply, Please Include: Portfolio samples (especially similar resort/hospitality work) Estimated timeframe for completion Your quote or rate Brief note on why you’re a good fit for this project We’re excited to bring this vision to life and hope to find a creative partner to help us tell this story beautifully.
