3D Modeler (and potentially printer!) Needed for Low-Poly Dog Hood Ornament

I’m looking for a 3D modeler to create a low-poly 3D model of my dog, based on reference photos. The model will be used for 3D printing/CNC machining as a car hood ornament, so it should be optimized for printing and utilize a durable, weatherproof material. As a bonus, if you can print or machine the model in addition to designing it, we can expand the project. Requirements: -Low-poly aesthetic (stylized but recognizable) -Sized appropriately for a hood ornament (~2-3 inches tall and 6 inches long, within proportion) -File must be ready to go straight to print or straight to machine -Delivered in STL/OBJ (or STEP for CNC) format, with myself retaining complete ownership of the file so as to farm it out to multiple shops if required -Model must maintain important details of my dog, such as his snout, jaw, ears, stature, and especially his broken tail, posed as if he's running at top speed Please provide samples of previous low-poly work, preferably related to this kind of task.
