Immersive Content Creator (3D/VR) - Contract

If you have experience in game level design, immersive training, VR/3D content creation, instructional design and content creation, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a creative, technically savvy content creator who can design and build high-quality immersive training experiences using our proprietary no-code authoring platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in game level design, VR content creation, interactive media, instructional design, or content creation who is comfortable working in 3D environments and structuring engaging experiences. The ideal candidate can translate storyboards or outlines into interactive training scenarios, arrange 2D and 3D instructional assets, and use our software to create recorded immersive experiences. What You'll Do - Design and lay out immersive training experiences using 3D space. - Translate storyboards, outlines, or training materials into interactive content. - Place and arrange 2D and 3D training aids (images, videos, PDFs, 3D models). - Use our proprietary 3D authoring software to create recorded training experiences. - Work within VR/3D environments, navigating first-person mode comfortably. - Ensure high-quality, polished content that enhances learning and engagement. - (Bonus) Apply game level design skills to structure engaging environments. - (Bonus) Use basic 3D modeling skills (e.g., fix a broken texture in Blender). - (Bonus) Edit or create 2D assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. - (Bonus) Edit video and audio assets for integration into immersive content. - (Bonus) Background in instructional design or experience developing/delivering training materials. Who You Are More than anything, you're a creative, out-of-the-box thinker and fast learner who can adapt to any subject matter (e.g., engines, anatomy, medical, mechanical). - A problem-solver who can structure effective training experiences. - Comfortable with 3D space navigation, game engines, VR, or interactive environments. - Take pride in ownership of work and ensures high-quality deliverables. - Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely and independently. - Bonus: You own a gaming laptop and VR headset Tools & Platforms You'll Use - Our proprietary no-code 3D content authoring platform. (we will provide a free license) - Ideally, VR headset for final step of creation - 2D/3D asset creation (Adobe, Canva, Blender, etc.). - Basic video/audio editing tools.
