We are seeking a talented rendering specialist with advanced skills in Photoshop (or comparable software) to create detailed, photorealistic visualizations for a unique compound project on Lake Michigan. The project involves producing two key views—a street side view and a lakeside view—by integrating CAD renderings, photographic references, and design assets from reputable manufacturers. Project Details: Compound Layout: Three Lots: Southern Lot: Undeveloped; complete CAD plans are available for a beautiful house. Middle & Northern Lots: Feature nearly complete cottages photos of which will be provided. I. Street Side View Requirements: Southern Lot: -Incorporate the house rendering based on provided CAD documents. -Utilize CAD-imported siding details available from Cupaclad. Middle & Northern Lots: -Integrate the nearly complete cottages into the scene. Compound Wall: -Add the planned wall across the compound using the Melville Metropolitan wall system by Belgard in black. (A photo and CAD files from Belgard.com will be provided.) Driveways: -Each cottage’s driveway should be flanked by two entrance pillars with a lantern on top, based on supplied photographic references. Landscaping: -Create an English garden in the style of Piet Oudolf for the area in front of the middle and northern cottages. -Surround each house with specific plantings: Alberta dwarf spruce, Picea pungens Glauca Globosa, and Soft Serve Gold False Cypress. -Apply pachysandra as the ground cover outside of the gardens and perimeters. II. Lakeside View Requirements: Southern Cottage: -Incorporate its lakeside rendering as provided. Lakeside Features: -Add revetments spanning the lakeside across all three cottages. Access & Landscaping: -For the middle and southern cottages, depict a switchback road (suitable for golf cart access) leading directly to the beach, including a rendered golf cart for context. -For the northern cottage, illustrate its unique access with stairs leading down to a ramp connecting to the lake. -Enhance the scene with a lawn area, and display the lakeside switchback surrounded by white, basketball-sized cobble. Qualifications: -Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design software with a strong portfolio of architectural or landscape renderings. -Experience in integrating CAD files into visual renderings. -Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex design instructions. -Familiarity with importing manufacturer assets (e.g., Cupaclad and Belgard CAD files) is a plus.
